Wetland walk in winter light

When the sidewalks were passable, the wind was not off-putting, and the temperature was tolerable we ventured to the nearby wetland park to follow the boardwalk around the perimeter to see what signs of animal and bird life we could see. Judging from the trodden paths, we were not the only ones eager to get into the fresh air when conditions were favorable.

 A few weeks earlier the temperature was unseasonably mild and drew us to the outdoor sculpture park at Meijer Gardens
